It's one of the most common calls we get: another company sealed the pavers, and now they're hazy, white, blotchy, or peeling. Cheap sealer — or good sealer applied badly — traps moisture in the paver and fails from the inside out.
You can't seal over a failure
Applying new sealer on top of failed sealer just locks the problem in. The only real fix is to strip the old coating off completely, let the pavers breathe and dry, and then start over with proper preparation and a proper product.
Our restoration process
We strip the failed sealer, deep-clean the surface, re-sand every joint, and re-seal with ICT Ure-Seal H2O. It's more work than a standard seal job — which is exactly why companies that compete on price don't want to do it, and why we've built a reputation fixing their work.
Get it looked at before it gets worse
