Why we seal — from the owner
A client's experience with Wintz

How we work

No mystery, no shortcuts — the same process on every driveway, patio, and pool deck.

  1. 1

    Deep clean

Commercial pressure washing strips away mold, grime, and failed sealer so nothing gets trapped under the new coat.

  2. 2

    Re-sand the joints

Fresh joint sand locks pavers in place, keeps weeds and ants out, and gives the surface a crisp, finished look.

  3. 3

    Seal it right

We apply ICT Ure-Seal H2O — the best sealer we have found on the market — with a non-slip additive available for pool decks.

Meet the owner

You work with Garrett — not a call center.

Wintz Enterprise is Garrett Wintz — a local owner who quotes your project, works it alongside his crew, and walks the finished surface with you before he leaves. No sales reps, no subcontractors, no phone tree.

He started the company in 2017 and kept it deliberately focused on one trade: sealing brick pavers and travertine, done right. Read the reviews and you'll see the same thing we do — customers don't thank a company, they thank Garrett, by name.

FAQ

Paver sealing questions, answered

Why seal pavers at all?

Unsealed pavers in Florida fade in the sun, grow mold in the humidity, and lose joint sand to rain and sprinklers. A quality seal locks in the color, keeps the surface easier to clean, and protects the investment you already made in your driveway, patio, or pool deck.

Does a glossy finish make my pool deck slippery?

No — glossy does not have to mean slippery. We can add a non-slip additive to the sealer, so you get the rich wet look with grip that is safe around the pool.

What does the process involve?

Three steps: a commercial-grade deep clean, fresh sand in every joint, then the sealer itself. Most projects are finished quickly, and we will walk you through timing when we quote it.

What is the best paver sealer for Florida?

In our experience: ICT Ure-Seal H2O. Florida sun, humidity, and salt air punish cheap sealers — we have tried the alternatives and keep coming back to Ure-Seal, which is why it is the only product we put our name behind.

What does paver sealing cost?

It depends on square footage and condition — a driveway that just needs a sand and seal is priced differently than a strip-and-restore. Quotes are free and fast: call, text, or send a few photos through the form and we will get you a number without a sales pitch.

Another company sealed my pavers and they turned white or hazy. Can you fix it?

Yes — this is one of the most common calls we get. Failed or cheap sealer traps moisture and turns cloudy. We strip the old sealer off, let the pavers breathe, then re-sand and re-seal them properly.

How do I get a quote?

Call or text (386) 747-5145, or use the quote form and include a few photos of your pavers. Either way, quotes are free.
